LABOUR RELATIONS

As a member of SEIFSA and the Industrial Council for the Electrical Industry, Wade Walker adheres to the main agreement of the National Bargaining Council for the Electrical Industry of South Africa.

The Company has formal disciplinary and grievance procedures, recruitment, employment equity and skills development processes that are congruent with best practice and the Labour Relations Act and other relevant statutory legislation.

The Company is flexible in its approach to labour relations in that it will adapt its activities in the best interests of all parties.
