All Artisans and those with specialist skills are screened by Wade Walker to ensure that our standards and requirements are maintained. Over the years Wade Walker has built an extensive database of excellent and reliable people on which to draw on.

Where labour brokers are used due to the short terms nature of the work, Wade Walker has stipulated to labour brokers the terms and conditions of individual contracts of employment (between labour broker and individual employee). Labour brokers are monitored to ensure they adhere to all local statutory requirements and the Labour Relations Act and that conditions of employment are in accord with a socially responsible organisation.
