QUALITY POLICY
At Wade Walker we will apply ourselves to ensure that our quality system is imbedded in our employee’s behaviours and actions so that we always deliver best in class services to our clients. We will continuously improve in the way we create value by driving the approach of “doing work right the first time, and every time”
QUALITY OBJECTIVES
To track progress in meeting our policy goals we have set companywide objectives for ourselves and our subcontractors:
- Only within specification supply of items procured on behalf of the client
- No construction rework (identified by and rejected by the client) during construction
- All client payments for work done made in the contractually agreed time frame
- All project milestones achieved in accordance with agreed project programs
- All projects completed without clients invoking performance penalties
- Client recommendation letters received from all clients on all projects
- Project specific quality objectives to be agreed upfront with the client for each and every project award.
- Continuously review and improve the Wade Walker Quality Management System.
