The Leadership of Wade Walker (Pty) Ltd recognises and accepts their obligation in Terms of statutory legislation to provide a safe and healthy working environment. To this end, we undertake to implement, without exception, all reasonable measures in order to safeguard the health and well being of all our employees. Our aim, and the objective of our SHE Management System, is to achieve “zero harm ” in relation to incidents and accidents through a “zero tolerance” of unsafe working conditions and “at risk” behaviours. Wade Walker’s leadership representatives have therefore been empowered to take any and all steps necessary to meet these objectives and achieve full compliance with best practice and client requirements.

Wade Walker’s SHE Management System is based on management’s commitment to achieving the highest Safety, Health and Environment standards in accordance with International Standards and built on the foundation of the OHSAS 18001.
